Log Cabins, lodges and chalets
All bed linen, towels heating and electric costs are all included in the cost of your holiday - unless it is a specific part of your booking conditions that you bring your own. IF this is the case, it will be put in writing as part of your booking. .
Arrival
Before arrival we do ask that you could give us an estimated time that you wish to arrive. Once you have arrived please go to Reception to book in.
Normally check in time is after 3.30pm, if you would like earlier please contact us to arrange.
On Departure:
Departure time is 10am. If you do need extra time, this can be booked, but is charged extra, please ask for further information. We do ask for all guests to leave the cabins clean and tidy.
Please can you post keys through reception door, if the office is closed.
Customers parking:
Please use area around cabins to drop off passengers and luggage, then please park in designated area.
Visitor parking and additional vehicles:
All must use Main car park in front of reception.
Visitors with Dogs:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, as are their well-behaved owners - on condition that you have booked them in with us first! Two of our log cabins are dog-friendly, so we need to know if Rover or Fifi is coming with you in order to allocate you the correct lodge.
Once you have booked your dog on their holiday, please be aware that he/she must be kept on a lead at all times as there is livestock around the farm. At certain times of the year, our sheep may be lambing and a dog off-the-lead can cause terrible damage. All waste is must be bagged and deposed of in the litter bins. We do ask that you do not allow your dog on the furniture and please do not leave your dog alone if you go out; your dog is on holiday too!
Changes to booking:
We reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee for changes to a booking.
Deposits:
A £50 per cabin per week deposit is required at the time of booking.
Outstanding Balance:
Final payments must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Any discounts offered are only applicable if full payments are received prior to arrival.
Cancellation:
If you unfortunately need to cancel, a charge will be payable by you to cover our costs. These charges are set out below:

Insurance:
We do recommend that you seek independent travel insurance for incidents beyond your control, as this covers any costs that you may lose.
Smoking is prohibited by law and you will be fined up to £1000 if you smoke inside the log cabins.
Damages:
If there are any accidental damages please let us know and we can replace the items, you will not be charged for these breakages.
Non accidental and deliberate damages are in breach of our terms and conditions and you will be liable.
Due to the tranquility of our environment we ask that everyone is considerate to their neighbours, Disrupted behavior may result in a termination of your holiday.
You may be asked to pay a security payment, this is refundable on departure.
