Corona Virus Update – 08/06/2020

8th June 2020

Dear guests,

We are now planning for a re-opening date of 4th July 2020 and can’t wait to see you.

All accommodation is now available to book online (please note we are not taking over the phone bookings at present).

What extra precautions are we taking due to Covid-19?

  • All of our accommodation is cleaned to a high standard and we will ensure this continues on re-opening.
  • Our reception will no longer be accessible to guests, however for any queries we can be contacted on our office and emergency numbers.
  • Contactless check-in > your keys will be located in the key safe of each property. Details for access will be sent prior to check in.
  • Unfortunately, in order to comply with government legislation we have had to:
    • Close the following facilities; shop, hot tub and sauna, games room, pottery painting, rod hire and pamper pod.
    • Stop offering air rifle target shooting and battle zone archery for the time being, however we are still offering Archery, Axe Throwing, Kayaking and Canoeing. For more information please visit our adventure website.

Fortunately all of accommodation is well spaced across the farm, allowing guests to have plenty of green space to enjoy the outdoors.

If you have any queries about a future booking or would like to discuss a current booking please email us.

Many thanks

Dave, Sami, Andy and Elliot

Corona virus update – 24/03/2020

Dear Guests,

In response to the government’s announcement we are closing Wall Eden Farm for an initial period of 5 weeks, from Tuesday 24th March 2020 until Friday 1st May 2020.

We understand the huge impact the current pandemic is having on all of our guests, partners and staff, and that the priority right now is to keep each other safe.

Within the coming days we will be contacting all guests staying in March and April who have not yet moved their booking, to discuss their booking options.

Although we have closed the farm for an initial period of five weeks, we are anticipating the closure period may have to be extended.  If the closure has to be extended beyond the above date we will contact guests due to stay from Friday 1st May going forward, to discuss their options as soon as we know more, we hope this would by Monday 13th April at the very latest, depending on government announcements. We will ensure you are offered alternative holiday dates to ensure nobody loses out.

If you wish to cancel your stay (and not re-book for another date within the above period) please ensure you check your travel insurance details. In the case of cancellation our normal terms and conditions apply.

We thank you for your understanding and support, and hope we will see you all when it is safe to do so.

Kind Regards

Wall Eden Farm

This statement supersedes all previous statements regarding the Corona virus.
